Escapade costume hire own the costumes, you simply just borrow them.
All items must be returned in its original condition with no alterations made to
the costumes.
If there are any missing items from your order you must notify us
immediately.
All items must be returned by the date stated on your booking form.
If items are missing or damaged then you may be charged for a replacement.
All our costumes are inspected before they leave us and when they arrive
back. However if any defects are noticed on arrival please notify us when they
arrive.
You must not sub-let the costumes to anyone. These are hired to yourself not
any other third party.
The hirer must be 18yrs.
No accessories are included with the costumes unless stated otherwise.
The full amount agreed to hire the costumes must be paid in full. No refunds will be given.
If the hirer cancels their hire then a credit note may be given. This is at the
discretion of Escapade Costume Hire.
All costumes must be returned on time. If not this might mean they do not
make it to their next destination.
Costumes must NOT be washed.
We accept no responsibility for costumes arriving late due to circumstances
beyond our control including but limited to, industrial action, strikes, snow,
flood, storm or other incidents which may affect delivery.
Delivery is to Mainland UK ONLY.
